TMNT Graphic Novels (1 – 4) 1989 Eastman & Laird RARE
You are bidding on a set of 4 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) graphic novels by Eastman and Laird. (Book #s 1,2,3,4.) These are the books that started it all and a must for any TMNT collector / fan. The books were somewhat mistreated in the shop where I purchased them from (back in ’89!). The covers all have creases on the corners and some wear on the spines. The actual pages of the books are in good condition though with only minor wear to the corners. If you are after a set of these in mint condition then this is not the auction for you….. BUT if you are a TMNT fan and want to get hold of an important slice of TMNT history then here is your chance!! At a starting price of $50 then its only $12.50 a book! The pictures show what I am trying to explain, the rear cover of book 3 has a large crease in it as well. The other 2 pictures are examples of the artwork inside the books! These books are incredibly hard to find (try searching the net!! I did!). Occasionally a single book comes up on Ebay, but I am yet to see all 4! These are fifth prints from 1989 (the original printing was from 1986). Books 1,2,3 are just over 120 pages, book 4 is 107 pages long.
